You schedule an appointment and purchase from the wesbite link.
Telehealth visit with Tara
This is where we establish care.
Intial set of lab work is ordered.
The telehealth initial consultation follow-up visit is scheduled once Tara has recieved your initial lab work results.
Telehealth visit with Tara
This is where we review your lab work and discuss recommendations.
If prescriptions are recommended, a 30-day supply will be prescribed.
You will recieve notification via the portal to schedule.
You will have 90 days to schedule your initial consultation follow-up visit.
When is payment due?
At time of scheduleing an appointment.
How long is this visit?
Initial consult allotted time is 45-60 minutes.
Initial consult follow up time is 20 minutes.
How long is the initial consult valid?
90-days after the entire consultation has been completed
Its been more than 90 days, what now?
A new consultation is required to be purchased.
