Memberships FAQ

How do the memberships work?

  • Initial consultation is completed & you wish to be treated by The Root Well Care, you purchase a membership.

  • You schedule your first membership visit.

    • Subsequent visits are scheduled at the end of each visit.

How long are membership visits?

  • 20 minutes are allotted.

How do prescriptions work?

  • Weight & metabolic memberships are 30-day prescriptions.

  • All other memberships are 90-day prescriptions

How does labwork work?

  • Tara will order labs as needed during your membership visits.

    • Standardly every 3-6 months

    • Some medications require more frequent lab work

  • You complete the lab work at the lab of your choice

  • Tara will provide a review of your labwork via the patient portal.
