How do I schedule the initial consultation follow up visit?

  • You will recieve an email in your patient portal indicating you are able to schedule.

How do I schedule once I have purchased a membership?

  • You will schedule your first membership visit at the time of purchase.

  • Subsequent visits will be scheduled at the end of your visit.

What if I have to reschedule my appointment?

  • 48hr advance notice required

Grace period for appointment times?

  • Tara will wait 10 minutes for you to arrive before considering the visit a no-show.
